Tax expertise at Deloitte lived in people’s heads and didn’t travel. We interviewed the specialists, then designed a platform that let them share what they knew across the firm globally.

We then designed a bespoke platform that allowed tax professionals to share knowledge globally. We worked with a development team in Europe to bring the platform to completion, followed by ongoing user testing and iterative improvements after launch.
