Promoting research focused design culture across a global team.

The research and insights team at Asurion conducted a months worth of ethnographic research going to key cities around The United States in order to understand our customers and distal our findings into 5 key personas that our design team could reference when designing.

In order to get people on board with these personas and buy into the fact that research was a vital asset to the design team I took inspiration from the original Helvetica shirts and put our persona names on there and designed some stickers. This kind of swag is an amazing ice breaker or post workshop gift when working with cross functional teams and helps keep the importance of research based design in the minds of product leads across large organizations.
