Simplifying an insurance claims flow for the mobile first generation.

The mobile experience for the Asurion insurance claim flow was never optimized for mobile, but I got the opportunity to go and make some changes that not only cleaned up the look of the page, but also introduced some “hide info” “more info” interactivity to allow the user to see their options at a high level or in detail. This helped minimize what was previously an endless amount of scrolling on a mobile device.
